How it works

Check the price. Get a quote. Get it made.

Wise Merch helps you understand what a product should cost before you buy, then gives you a clear path from price check to production and delivery. Whether it’s packaging, promotional products, displays, printed materials, or other business essentials, you can start with one product and go from there.

  1. 1Start with a product.

Tell us what you need. Search for a product or paste a product link. If you already buy the item, tell us what you’re currently paying, and we compare it against researched market pricing to see whether the price makes sense.

Know what you should be paying before you place the order.

  2. 2See how the price compares.

We show you how your price compares with the market, so you can quickly see whether you’re getting a competitive deal or whether there may be room to save. No sourcing spreadsheets, no guessing whether the price you’ve been given is reasonable.

Just a clearer view of what the product should cost.

  3. 3Get a real quote.

Ready to buy? When you want firm numbers, request a full quote. We source the product with real suppliers and provide the details you need to decide: your per-item price, minimum order quantity, production requirements, estimated lead time, and customization options when applicable. For custom products, packaging, or larger production runs, we also coordinate the steps that come next.

From “What should this cost?” to “Here’s what you can actually buy it for.”

  4. 4Approve it before we make it.

Sample first, production second. For custom production, you don’t have to approve thousands of units from a digital proof alone. You receive a physical sample and inspect the material, size, printing, color, finish, and overall quality. Once you approve it, that sample becomes the standard for your production run.

Nothing moves into production until you sign off.

  5. 5We follow it through.

Once the sample is approved, production begins. Wise Merch helps coordinate the order, production, freight, and delivery so you know where things stand along the way. When your products arrive, you inspect them against the sample you approved.

One process, from price check to finished product.

Start with what matters today.

You don’t need to build an account full of products or know exactly what you need next. Start with one item, check the price, and then decide what you want to do.

Ordering, step by step

Know what happens before you commit. Custom production works differently from buying off the shelf, so Wise Merch uses a sample-first process: you approve the product before full production begins, and your approved sample becomes the standard the production run is expected to match.

  1. 01Sample first

Request a sample from your quote and pay the sample production cost. The supplier produces your item to the agreed specifications and ships it to you for inspection. If you move forward with the production order, the sample fee is credited toward that first order. You see the product before committing to the full run.

  2. 02Your approval

Inspect the sample in hand: material, printing, size, color, finish, construction. If everything looks right, you approve it, and that recorded approval becomes the specification for the production run. If something isn’t right, we work with the supplier to revise the specifications and, when necessary, produce another sample. Nothing enters production until you approve it.

  3. 03Production

Once the sample is approved, a 50% production deposit is due and manufacturing begins; the remaining balance is due before the finished goods leave the factory. Because production payments are committed to materials and labor once manufacturing begins, they are non-refundable after that point. Your protection is the approved sample and specifications: the production run is expected to conform to what you approved.

50% deposit, production beginsRemaining balance, before dispatch
  4. 04Shipping, quoted when it's real

Freight is quoted when we have the real numbers. Shipping is finalized after production, when the actual shipment weight, dimensions, destination, and current freight rates are known, rather than building an unnecessary estimate into your product price. You approve and pay the freight charge before the goods are dispatched. Real shipment. Current rates. Clear freight cost.

  5. 05Delivery, and the 7-day window

Inspect your order when it arrives. You have 7 days from delivery to report products that do not conform to the approved sample or agreed production specifications: send us photos and details of the affected units and we review the issue with the supplier. Confirmed production defects are reprinted and reshipped at no additional cost to you. Production orders are not refunded in cash; the remedy is replacement of the affected goods, so you receive the sellable products you ordered. Damage caused during shipping is handled as a freight claim rather than a production defect; report it during the same inspection period and we help initiate the claim.

A worked example · 5,000 custom stand-up pouches

Production, 5,000 × $0.24$1,200
Ocean freight, quoted after production$380
220 misprinted units, photos sent day twoReprinted free
Sample fee, credited−$180

Total paid$1,580

The defect was confirmed against the approved sample and the affected units reshipped at no additional cost. This example is for illustration only; your pricing, production costs, freight, minimums, and lead times come from your quote.

No surprises. Know the process before you order.

We want you to understand how production works before you spend money, including samples, deposits, freight, approvals, delivery, and what happens if something goes wrong. The governing terms for production orders, including claim periods, production tolerances, payment terms, and remedies, live in Terms of Use.
