This policy covers wisemerch.com and any quote, invoice or project we run for you. Wise Merch LLC, 3987 SW 182nd Place, Beaverton, OR 97078, United States.

We collect only what we need to quote and deliver your work: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the details of what you’re producing. If you pay by card, the payment is processed by Stripe and we never see or store your card number.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your pricing, designs or supplier details with other clients. We share what a job requires with the factory producing it — specifications, quantities, delivery details — and nothing beyond that.

We keep project records for as long as you are a client and for three years afterwards, which is what our accounting and warranty obligations require. You can ask what we hold on you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@wisemerch.com. We respond within 30 days.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference is stored in your own browser and never leaves it.
