Brand it, package it, produce it, ship it.

That’s fine, and it’s how most clients start. The framework is modular — buy what you need now, add later.

That’s the product & packaging pillar. Send your design files, we assess production-readiness, source the factory and manage the run. If files need adjusting for manufacturing specs, we handle that too.

Primarily China and Southeast Asia, through relationships developed over years of production runs. You pay the factory price — we don’t mark up manufacturing.

A 50% deposit begins the work. The remaining balance is invoiced on delivery of each project phase, due within 7 days. Manufacturing deposits are separate and are committed directly to the factory when the production order is placed.

Wire transfer, Wise, and major credit and debit cards. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Invoices are issued by email with payment instructions, and all amounts are in US dollars.

Design work — brand, web and packaging design — is non-refundable once a project phase has been delivered and approved. If a project is cancelled before delivery of the current phase, any unused portion of the deposit for that phase is refunded within 14 business days.

Manufacturing deposits paid to factories are non-refundable once a production order has been placed, because those funds are committed to raw materials and production scheduling. Sample costs are non-refundable.

Projects may be cancelled at any time by written notice to hello@wisemerch.com. On cancellation: work completed to date is billed at the applicable tier rate; any unused deposit balance is refunded within 14 business days; and factory production orders already placed cannot be cancelled, so those costs remain the client’s responsibility. All delivered files and assets remain the client’s property.

All projects begin with a signed scope agreement setting out deliverables, timeline and payment schedule. A 50% deposit is required to begin. The balance is invoiced on delivery of each phase, payable within 7 days. Late payment may pause a project.

Intellectual property in custom work transfers to the client on full payment. Wise Merch LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing. Factory lead times, shipping estimates and material specifications are given in good faith based on supplier information and are subject to change; we are not liable for delays caused by factories, customs or shipping carriers.

We collect only what we need to quote and deliver your work: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the details of what you’re producing. If you pay by card, the payment is processed by Stripe and we never see or store your card number.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your pricing, designs or supplier details with other clients. We share what a job requires with the factory producing it — specifications, quantities, delivery details — and nothing beyond that.

We keep project records for as long as you are a client and for three years afterwards, which is what our accounting and warranty obligations require. You can ask what we hold on you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@wisemerch.com. We respond within 30 days.

Digital deliverables — design files, guidelines, documentation — are delivered by email or shared drive on approval of each phase.

Physical goods ship from the producing factory. Sea freight typically runs 25–35 days and air freight 5–10 days, plus customs clearance, on top of the production lead time quoted for your item. Duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless your quote states delivered-duty-paid. Tracking is provided once a shipment leaves the factory.
