Target: wholesale price
A typical US business buyer pays a median of $0.35 per unit at small order quantities, falling to $0.09 at volume, on a typical 21-day lead time. These medians come from published supplier pricing. Treat them as a starting point, not a binding quote. Your spec and quantity set the final price.

What moves the price
For target, the drivers are kit contents, case type, material, caliber compatibility, capacity, caliber fit, stackability, lockability — the spec them differently and the same item lands at either end of the band.
Published bulk target pricing from real suppliers is usually quoted per case or per 250/500-sheet pack, not at the exact ladder requested, so these tiers are normalized from wholesale target and bulk print routes. The biggest drivers are print complexity, paper stock/board weight, whether targets are die-cut or flat-sheet, and whether they are sold as bundled kits or simple paper targets. Realistic supplier routes are target-specific wholesalers (case-pack bulk targets) and commercial print/packaging vendors that can produce custom-printed paper targets at scale; import/landed-equivalent pricing is most plausible only at the upper tiers
