Sizing Sticker: wholesale price
A typical US business buyer pays a median of $0.50 per unit at small order quantities, falling to $0.03 at volume, on a typical 14-day lead time. These medians come from published supplier pricing. Treat them as a starting point, not a binding quote. Your spec and quantity set the final price.

| 1,000–4,999 units | $0.17 |
| 5,000–9,999 units | $0.09 |
| 10,000–24,999 units | $0.08 |
| 25,000–99,999 units | $0.06 |
| 100,000+ units | $0.03 |
What moves the price
For sizing sticker, the drivers are adhesive, material, size, print method, removability, finish, page count, binding type — the spec them differently and the same item lands at either end of the band.
For a mid-range custom-printed sizing sticker, the biggest price drivers are substrate/finish (vinyl vs paper, matte vs gloss, clear vs specialty), adhesive strength, print coverage, and whether the stickers are supplied sheeted or in rolls. The most realistic routes are sticker-specific wholesale printers and label converters quoting bulk custom runs; marketplace/import pricing can be lower at high volume but usually adds freight, duties, and longer lead times. The quoted bands are anchored by published wholesale sticker pricing around 500, 1,000, and 10,000 units, then extended conservatively for larger industrial quantities using the same supplier economics.
