Sheeting: wholesale price
A typical US business buyer pays a median of $12.00 per unit at small order quantities, falling to $3.80 at volume, on a typical 30-day lead time. These medians come from published supplier pricing. Treat them as a starting point, not a binding quote. Your spec and quantity set the final price.
Median price by order quantity
| Order size | Median /unit |
|---|---|
| 500–999 units | $12.00 |
| 1,000–4,999 units | $10.00 |
| 5,000–9,999 units | $8.00 |
| 10,000–24,999 units | $6.50 |
| 25,000–99,999 units | $5.00 |
| 100,000+ units | $3.80 |
What moves the price
For sheeting, the drivers are mesh size, material, shade factor, roll width, roll length, uv resistance, hardness, shape — the spec them differently and the same item lands at either end of the band.
Published wholesale pricing for clear plastic sheeting is usually shown as cut-to-size sheet prices or roll prices from packaging/distribution suppliers rather than as true factory-tier B2B quotes. The most realistic routes are U.S. wholesale distributors for standard PE sheeting, import marketplaces for landed-equivalent pricing, and private-label/custom-print converters where thickness, width, mil grade, and print coverage move cost the most. Mid-range custom-printed sheet pricing is typically lower on a per-unit basis as MOQ rises, but it is not directly interchangeable with retail rolls because print setup, resin grade, and dimensions can dominate the unit cost
