Sheet: wholesale price
A typical US business buyer pays a median of $110.00 per unit at small order quantities, falling to $75.00 at volume, on a typical 30-day lead time. These medians come from published supplier pricing. Treat them as a starting point, not a binding quote. Your spec and quantity set the final price.

What moves the price
For sheet, the drivers are film thickness, reflectivity grade, wash durability, heat press temperature, carrier type, flame-retardant compatibility, print method, board stock — the spec them differently and the same item lands at either end of the band.
For mid-range commercial aluminum sheet, published wholesale pricing clusters around about $2.5–$5.5/kg for standard grades, with common 4×8 sheet prices around $80–$145 depending on alloy and thickness; US-facing retailers also show materially higher per-sheet prices for cut-to-size and stocked inventory. The main price drivers are alloy/temper (for example 3003 vs 5052), thickness, finish/coating, and whether the order is mill-direct, stockholder-supplied, or cut-to-size. Realistic supplier routes are mill-direct or trading-company imports for the low end, and US stockists or service centers for faster delivery and smaller orders
