What moves the price
For letterhead, the drivers are paper count, number of parts, paper weight, binding type, print method, size, material, backing — the spec them differently and the same item lands at either end of the band.
Mid-range wholesale letterhead pricing is most affected by paper stock and finish, with premium linen/laid stocks costing materially more than plain bond or uncoated stock, and full-color print costing more than simple black-only or one-side print. Realistic US-facing routes include trade printers and bulk office-supply print services such as Staples, GotPrint, Printleaf, OJ Graphix, and 4over4; public pricing shows steep per-unit declines at higher quantities, but very high-volume letterhead often requires quote-based pricing rather than a published table
