What moves the price
For face mask, the drivers are width, roll length, print color, adhesive or non-adhesive, custom print, mask type, ply count, material — the spec them differently and the same item lands at either end of the band.
Published wholesale pricing varies sharply by mask type: basic disposable 3-ply masks can fall below $0.10 at scale, while KN95/N95 and custom-printed cloth masks are much higher. The realistic supplier routes are US-facing medical/PPE distributors for stock masks, promotional-product suppliers for custom-printed masks, and import/marketplace suppliers for the lowest landed-equivalent pricing.
